• Account data: Email address and username (from registration or Google login)
• Uploaded content: Images and captions you upload
• Service diagnostics: Standard connection details used for session continuity, browser compatibility checks, and traffic source identification.
• Usage data: Anonymous page visits, image views, and feature interactions to understand platform engagement.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the image sharing service
• To send login codes via email (OTP)
• To ensure platform security and optimal performance
• To analyze aggregated usage patterns for service improvement

3. Data Storage & Retention

All data is stored on our server located in the United States. Images in the trash are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days. Routine diagnostic logs are automatically cycled and anonymized, with no permanent retention of transient connection identifiers beyond a 90-day window.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared when required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

ImageShare uses the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — for Google login (see Google's privacy policy)
• MXRoute — for sending OTP emails

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the administrator.
